Nothing but a scam to take money

Pre paid leagl is the biggest rip off out there right now. I tried to cancel 2 months ago. After sending them the fax they say they never recieved it and have been charging my credit card ever since. I should have paid more attention to charges on my card and would have caught it sooner.

After being on the phone for over 20 minute to get someone in charge. The same old run around with the folks. I finally got someone who said they could fix the error, but come to find out can't. They want me to call back and waste more of my time.

I found one way to get under there skin. Tell them your time is worth 250 per hour (same price as a low paid laywer). Keep track of the time from when you make the call. And ask them where to send your bill for your time. They also won't give out the info to talk to the CEO or the person you are talking to supervisor. Tell everyone you know or ask about pre paid legal to stay away.
