Pre-Paid Legal Services and subsidiaries abused & mistreated false promises dishonest, rude, name calling, lawyers who can't find clients

Pre-paid Legal promises you this is all the legal help you'll ever need. Not so! Pre-paid legal does not have their own law firm, they work hand in hand with a law firm in another state. This is important for you to know.

The first time I called, the attorney from the law firm they use was so mean and rude, practically calling me a stupid idiot. Then he had the balls to say my representative from Pre-paid was "stupid", and "didn't know what she was talking about", and "they didn't know anything over there." This was my first call, and he's telling me this about the company he works with, Pre-Paid legal.

The company that sends them customers. Needless to say, neither the law firm or prepaid legal did much about that jerk. He continued on there with no repremand.

Then, they had another attorney call me, and I faxed a letter to him stating what I needed. I needed an afidavit, a sworn statement in writing, sent to a company I was trying to get out of a contract with. It turns out that what he sent was not an afidavit, and I'm still in the contract with the company.

I called 3 more times for different reasons, and each time the attorney, a different one every time, did a lot of talking, but didn't help in the least.

Sometimes they would even say "legally, I cannot give out information pertaining to that subject."

Last, they told me because my service was so terrible, I would get a refund, only to wait three months and find out, I wasn't getting it after all. My next door neighbor told me about them, and I didn't listen to him. I hope you listen to me!!!
