False Advertising, Bait and Switch, Theft by Deceit, Solutions Reg E, Bait FTC, Attorney General

I experienced the same as all of the rest of you guys, except, when they took funds out of my checking account they caused my rent check to bounce twice. They did this twice. I even called my bank in advance of the $90 deduction and it did no good. They pulled the funds with a different name. I am now facing eviction, my landlords think I'm a credit bum. They took and additional $64.56 out, and sent me a box. I didn't accept the box, they finally refunded the $64.56 after an hour and a half of phone calls.

The initial shipment included a paper that stated that they would deduct $90.00 but gave me a telephone number with calling hours that directly coincided with my working hours so I could not call them to cancel. It turns out that that number, I know this because the bank told me, can be called anytime to cancel.

Upon realizing that they took the money anyway, I called them several times and they told me that the puddles of colored dust that they sent me in plastic containers had to be returned within 30 days to get a refund, otherwise, I could only get a store credit. They said that the containers didn't have to contain anything, they could be empty, but at least the containers had to be returned. This product passed around to four people of varying skin colors from brown, olive, and blonde. No one liked this product and the array of dust colors that they sent me was not right for anyone. My thinking is that they probably re-use those containers, sweep up more dust off the floor and resend that product to other unsuspecting customers. Those plastic containers are more valuable to them than the colored dust that they in them. I picture a woman standing at food processor loading glass, pigment, and river sediment in it and setting it to high speed, then filling those containers and yanking hard earned cash from the general public. Not the scientific laboratory they claim to be.

I have printed the advertising and because I sent the product back with no RMA because they didn't offer that to me when I called to complain, I sent it with a tracking number so I'll know if and when they get it. I'm calling them back today. If they don't put the money back then I will file reports with the FTC for internet fraud, Attorney General, BBB, and anyone else available. I suggest that you all do the same to stop these theives from stealing from you. There is nothing free about their trial or product, except the product that they put in the containers is probably free to them.

I could possibly be evicted from their greed and misrepresentation. It is cold her in Missouri, I have pets, and moving right now would be extremely detrimental. I also plan on researching who really owns this company, who their affiliates, who their web host is, anyone connected to them and will go after them as well. Right now, they use company for shipping called, "Smart Post", and Christina Marcaccini as a creator and founder name. At the least, my financial record has been damaged for now. I'm up for a class action, how about you? Yahoo.
