They advertise on the radio a cream developed by a plastic surgeon that gets rid of dark circles under they eyes and other products

I have no way to get the "RMA" number required to return a so called "free Trail" offer of a cream that not only failed to get rid of the dark circles under the eyes, but also caused skin rash. I call and email, and they do not respond. Furthermore, without asking me or telling me upfront, they send me a document stating that because I was participating in this "Free Trail Research Program" I was going to be charged $139.90 every month for more products. How can they just take my credit card and say they are charging me with future purchases I do not want! I cannot even return the product! Everytime I have called the number, 1-800-480-0698, you just get a recording telling you to leave your number. Well, I left my number and 4 days have past and no one has contacted me. This is the number you are required to call, to get a so called, "RMA number" if you wish to cancel the so called "Free Trial" offer advertised on the radio.

I have only tried your product for 4 days and want to return the two containers, one of which is unopened. After the second day, I got a red rash around the eye area where I tried the cream. I contacted my dermatalogist since I could not get anyone from your company to return my call. My dermatologists told me to stop using the product immediately and suspected an allergy. Little did I know, by the manner advertise on radio, that I would have any issues with the company. Furthermore, the advertising stated that this was a "research study for people who had dark circles or bags under the eyes" and other balony which I can get a transcript from the radio station. I paid a total of $15.90 for rush shipping as I was excited by the claims made by your advertising. Unsatisfactorly, I wish to cancel by returning the two containers sent to me.

Also, they you do not make it clear, who will pay shipping charges for returns on this so-called "Free Trail Research Study". I find it suspicious that you do not learn about your credit card being hijacked for automatic payment until you received the product. This fact was not told over the phone when I ordered the product. I never signed an agreement to these future payments.
