Sent order without authorization, charged credit card

I ordered sample, checked site for auto reorder, didnt see it anywhere. I used the product and it didn't work for me. I thought the deal was done. I received shipment on 12/16, didnt order it, called the phone number on shipment form, always busy, put shipment address in search, found out it was part of an ongoing complaint from others.
