I ordered (1) Baby Darts kid's leather jacket ($135.00) and (1) SL 1364 kid's jacket ($144.00) on December 5. These where purchased for christmas presents. I placed the order on line and then called to verify. I spoke with a Jack and he said he will send me a verification by email. I have not received any information at all. Afterf our emails and several voice messages I have not received any indication that my order was going to be shipped. I contacted my credit card company in order to make them aware of the situation. At this time I have cancelled my order due to the fact that the company is not responsible. The customer Service is very poor, I don't understand how a company can operate like this. It is now a week and a half later and they still will not contact me.
