I have had enough of this bank... If you cal their customer service line they suggest that you go to your local branch. However the manager is unable to help you. I deposited a check on a saturday morning and there were 4 transactions later. Saturday was the 6th... However transactiond made 48 hours later were taken out of my acct. Before the funds of my deposit were made available.
They have stolen 296 dollars in fees and now i am unable to make my scheduled payments on credit cards and i will now get a late fee from the credit card people of 39 dollars each. This is a very dis-honest and
underhanded way to treat a customer... Is there a lawyer out there by the name of claude balls? The last time this happened was 4 weeks earlier and it was due to a glitch in their system and it took them a full week to return the fees back into my account... And you guessed it i couldn't make my payments and got whacked 39 dollars each payment that was late...
