I was hurt on the job and fired to down size the shop

I worked for low book for almost 3 years. On sep. 19 2008 the shop foremen was helping me look at a car. When my hand got caught in the steering colom and messed up the middle finger on my right hand. I go on workmen com. For 3 mouth I come back when my doctor said I could go back. That day I go back to work the manger tell me I was fired last week for not call in or showing up to work. I was fired on 12/03 my doctors not to go back to work was for 12/08 butt I was still fired for not calling in. Then the next day they tell me that the manger was wrong in firing me butt now says that osha rules say I have to take drug test to come back to work. This come up after they could not get rid of me the other way. I could not stay there any way the manger would have made life hard I would have got all sh* work

Not a good place. Do not work there
