I got my finger ripped off, then got fired one month later

I worked for bargainland for 1 and1/2 years was faithful to the company. Did not miss much work until i ripped my finger off on a rack getting the product out. Then i went back to work for 1 month and was fired because they said everyone was stealing from the company. I have never stole anything in my life. I would just like to be compensated for what happened to me. I also ripped my leg open and had 93 stitches to put my leg back together. I feel like i was raped my the place that i worked.
