Massieville General Store
Mr Roops sold me a fireplace insert then I discovered he was charging $250 more than they cost elswhere

I bought a fireplace insert from Mr roops at the massieville general store all on his advice that I would not find a product better or cheaper. Well guess what not only did I find it cheaper but it was $250 cheaper I tried to return his product and he said no refunds " you can't buy a car and return it". What a comparison. He has no refund or exchange policy posted in the store nor on the receipt. I tried to reason with him but he's so professional he hung up on me. What a business man depends on the community to live then slaps them in the face. I've filed numerous complaints on him with the BBB and attorney general. Hopefully word gets around and this guy won't be in business long treating people so disrepectfully.
