My name is woodrow knisley and my wife is a quilter and has made about 50 quilts, we have lived here in ocal for 6 years and the joanns store is the worst store in your chain, we have to travel 30 miles to a decent store to purchase material. My wife went into the store this morning to buy some material and two employees were standing talkingand comptly ignored my wifefor about 5 minutes just stood and talked, so my wife just left thematerial there and walked out, now we have to travel to get material. This is not the first time this happens, we have been very unhappy with this store for 6 years, so have a lot of people but they its the only one here such a shame. Thank you woodrow knisley
