So Far, EBates Has Not Done What They Promised

I received an email from EBates promising me $10 signup bonus for my first order. Then it was Black Friday, and I was promised another great deal; a $5 bonus and a $10 gift card from Target.

I made two separate orders: the first was from Woman Within (who also furnished me with a coupon for 40% off). This should have given me the $10 bonus plus the small percentage from ebate.

The second was from MetroStyle (who also furnished me with a coupon for 30% off my most expensive item). This should have given me the $5 bonus, the $10 gift card, plus the small percentage from ebate.

I have received two acknowledgement emails. I am getting about $1.50 from one order and about 75 cents from the other. Needless to say, there is NO mention of either bonus or the bonus Target gift card.

I haven't had time to follow-up with them yet—this is my company's busiest season. I did save the promisssory emails.

I have no idea how this is going to turn out, but I don't trust them at this point. I do belong to other point services where I get points for buying through them and/or doing surveys. So far, THEY have done what they promised, but not EBates!
