I will NEVER go to this Jiffy Lube again. I normally go to my dealer to have my oil changed but, was having a hard time finding the time to get there during normal business hours. I received a coupon for Jiffy Lube and figured I would give it a try. The coupon was for $19.95 and when I called to get an accurate quote, since I drive a Tahoe, they told me that it would be an additional $3.00 more. This I completely expected and understand. I asked them if I needed an appointment and they told me, "No, come on in now, we are not busy. We will have you out of here in 15-20 minutes." So, I show up and they were not very friendly at all. Then he starts adding me into the system (after I gave him my coupon) and once he had all my info, he proceeded to tell me that they were out of this oil and out of that oil. He said, the cheapest we can get you out of here for is $65.00. I was NOT happy at all. I asked why was I not told this when I called then, since I told them on the phone what I drove. He did not have an answer for me. I hate companies that lie, to get you in the door thinking that they will have you there and you will just give in. My dealer will do my oil change for $34.00 and I will have the comfort that it was done correct and they will even wash my truck for me and check out everything else. Strictly out of principal, I did not have the service done here. They started speaking Spanish to each other (which they were obviously talking poorly about me) and then pulled my truck out and handed me the keys. I work in the customer service industry myself and know that this is not how you retain customers. You surely don't treat the people that are paying your salary that way. Heck, a dog even knows..."you don't bite the hand that feeds you". Needless to say... I will never go to jiffy lube again!
