AFTER a one yr and 11 month assignment with sunshine bulk, it, s not what you expect and what they put in the news paper for hiring drivers, so you think you got a good job until you look at you, re pay stub it says misalanius deductions, yup you got it there taking money from you, re pay check. The department of labor says no companied can take any moeny from you, re pay no matter what, even if you signed an agreement giving permission for the company to do that, like company phone, or using the new york state thru-way, if you use it to get to you, re destination or departure to get someplace faster than taking the other way, like routes 17 west or what have you. That is there bill.

They call it thru-way abuse because they have sixty trucks, and in some cases the dispatcher who, s name is michale disanto a piece of s*t a liar and a back stabber, to cover his tale, he also wants you to run illeagal and as heavy as possible, you also fail an inspection on your truck or trailer, also failed by the new york state d, o, t, the company still wants you to take the truck and trailer to do you, re job or you, re fired.

So since i have explored my journey thru sunshine bulk it, s no picinc especialy running every day and going beyond the call of duty for others and the company, I have never recieved compansation for those duties, to this day they owe me a chunk of money from june to sep of i do have all my pay stubs and i have a claim form from the labor board and it, s under investigation, so if you wanna get rip off by sunshine bulk i advise you not to go there for a job the owners ignore what i want back from them, he is a kid in a grown mans body his butt buddy the dispatcher are close wondering if there gay elopers, tring to save a doller is not the way to ripp off there drivers and there excuse is fule prices and money for there parts so they cut back on the drivers pay to make ends meet, they dont own it the bank does.

After 2 hours you are suposed to get your rate of pay 14 dollers and hour for 8 hours it, s in the green book of federal regulations published by the government of the united states of america and when you mention it to them because you spent the night at you, re destination and can, t leave because you cant get loaded, they laugh at you meaning no, so if you go there read what you sign and i asked them to see my file to read what i signed and want copies to give to the new york state loabor board, they said i have to get the labor board to do that my ss number and name is on that file i do have that right to see it (thats bulls*t) so they also said if i dont leave the property they will call the sheriff so, i left it like that,

I WILL BE BACK AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK IT, S NOT LEGAL TO TAKE AND FOREVER TO GIVE BACK, THEY F*KED ME, but if the company gives me lay-off sunshine will pay my unemployment the might lie on that issue to, you have been WARNED DO NOT WORK FOR SUNSHINE BULK...
