Violation of lease agrement/broken promises/termite infestation over charging for unit / making threats.
Will not tell us who owner is of wongs golden bell ent. This is a phony company. Does not exist, only on paper. And if you check. You can nail them for tax evasion.
Claims to have lost rental agreements so they can raise price. I have a list of people and recordings refusing to let us talk to the owner or tell us who he or she is.
These people need to be put to a stop! Now!
