We heard about Hargrave and Associates by radio (V-103) in Atlanta, GA.
On November 10 we signed up and paid $450 dollars, the couples rate.
Hargrave pulled a credit reports from all 3 bureaus to gauge progress, however no report they pulled there after was any different.
After numerious phone calls over a year. The customer service person informed me that that was all they were going to do. To have them continue we would have to pay an additional $450 dollars. (Sorry but, they had not done anything for my wife's credit or mine.
Requested refund! Stop talking to us. Could not reach them. Phone mysteryly hangs up when changing name to get through.
I have all my documents: receipts, contracts, credit pulls, letters from them, credit reports sent to them.
