I was checking my bank statement and saw Synapse charged me for $39 yesterday. I called the company to find out what was the charge for and they asked my name, address, and my credit card number. Somehow they were unable to look up my account, but, how did they charge my credit card to begin with? Later on they put me on hold, and came back with the same old question and I repeated my question about how they ended up charge my credit card If they don't even have my account with them to begin with? They hung up on me.
So I called my bank and explained the situation.
