Synapse Group Inc, Synapse Group Magazine Direct Unauthorized bank account charge of $29 for "free subscription"

I received a charge on my bank account for Food And Wine magazine tied to this company. It was for a subscription at $29/yr. I never authorized this charge, never agreed to extend a promotional subscription I had through Frontier Airlines. You cannot call this company and get anyone on the phone. It's impossible. The phone tree tells you what you already know, but there is no way to get a refund. I contacted my bank to dispute the charge. Ridiculous - cannot believe you cannot reach a company that decides to automatically deduct from your checking account!
