Credit Report.com I have been charged after I replaced the cc expiration date

I fell into the trap that seems many others have. Of taking advantage of a 'free report' which at the end of the so called 'trial' where you call to cancell... They never do and then you find out of all these charges in your credit card which were never authorized by you.

After the free month my debit card was charged with $12.95 and I called the "company" to cancel my account. Their rep. Told me that they do not refund any money right after the report was ordered from the 3 major credit bureaus, so I had 30 days to cancel the account before the new cycle began.in the main time I logged in my account and I changed my cc's expiration day, just in case they will attempt to withdraw money again during the holydays.

During the Thanksgiving the new cycle began and they charged me another $12.95 with out notice with incorrect cc's expiration date. When I called the costumer service I couldn't make any point with the rep. And I asked from them to cancel my account and to refund the $12.95. Well I lost my tempore over the phone when I heard that I will not get my money back.

They claim that it is in their policy not to refund what so ever any money, and when I asked them how in the world they charged my cc with a wrong expiration date, they said this information was in their system before I change it, and the new expiration date was in their records just for customer verification.

In my opinion it is against the US law to any company to charge cc cards with incorrect expiation date when the real one is not provided by the owner. Any cc numbers and personal information should not be archived by any company and they should be out of business because the fact they are braking the Law.
