These people are nothing but a rip-off. There phone #'s are bogus

I too was a sucker for the "free trial" add these people advertise on so many webpages. It says you only pay shipping fees and can cancel anytime. Well how can you cancel when the phone numbers they provide you and your bank with are not working numbers. I also tried the live chat thing on their website and it came back as an undeliverable address. They got me the first time for $78.84, that is when I tried calling the number provided with no luck. It rang busy for 2 weeks. Then when they got me again for $84.79, I tried calling one more time before going to my bank. This time it said the number had not been assigned (recording). I went to my bank on the 21st of November and canceled my debit card with hopes that would be the end of it. Oh hell no, I checked my bank account on 12/01 and seen where the orginal debit from my account on 11/18 had disappeared and a new one appeared on the 24th, three days after my bank card was canceled. Then I noticed there was a new phone number. I called and got a recording with another phone number to dispute an order or cancel. Well I tried this number also and guess what... It continues to ring busy!!! I have looked for this so called website they give also and I find nothing. I want my money back. I did receive the sample and I also received another package, which I haven't opened, on the 28th of November. Someone please direct in the right direction so I can get my money back and not have anymore taken from me. I am going back to my bank today with some papers I have printed off the internet showing this is a scam, but I am not sure how much they can do from their end, but I won't give up until this stops.
