I purchased a Tracfone on 11-26-08 from a Family Dollar Store located at 834 S. 24th St. Omaha, NE 68108 / 402-341-0447. I paid $30.00 for the phone and another $19.99 for 60 minutes of air time which was doubled to 120 minutes plus and extra 20 just for buying the phone, 140 minutes total. I spent a total of $53.49 with the tax. My instructions were to put the battery in and fully charge the phone ant then call 1-800-867-7183 or go to www.tracfone.com to activate. All this was done. I'm able to call out on this phone but not able to recieve calls. My # is 402-889-9098 if you'd like to call. I've repeatedly contacted this company about this problem but can't seem to get anywhere with them althrough they did try. Now they won't even email me back. Email is my only outside source. No lawyer is going to take a case about $53.49, The serial # to this account is 356893013743115, I'm asking CNN for help. Please?
