Scammed by car salesman and business owner Charlotte Aske

Bought 2006 corvette that was a theft recovery, Fat Boys was to restore and sell, Put down $11,500.00 on vehicle, never got it, said it ended up in North Carolina, and truck driver stole parts off, then said he had a 2006 silver one on its way, minor damage for replacement never got it, always said waiting for part to come in, was repaired and transmission had recall, etc. Have witness him telling me over phone that i could pick car up next week, next week, etc. Always excuse, had him arrested, he showed up with lawyer, posted bail, never saw jail, he has taken over 20 people like myself and we can not get our money, his lawyer is a prosecuting attorney in small town and says his client is to sick to go to court, Luxora Ar where i indicted him (Nick Askue) any help would be appreciated. Have him on tape also.
