Bad business practice

This is a car dealership that failed on there part to disclose any damage information reported on this truck, before my purchase of it. I was in the dark not knowing about any damage being reported on this truck as my salesman was unaware of any damage reported when asked if it had ever been in an accident by me - his reply - not that i am aware of. On a State of North Carolina Damage disclosure statement dated 1/04 it states has this vehicle been damaged by collision or other occurrence - he has it marked NO. It is signed by the seller/dealer MR. Lee Blockwell on this date. If i had known about this prior to the sale of this truck that it had been in a rear end collision of some sort, i wouldn't have bought the truck. This is indeed a failure on there part to report this for it makes this truck about 2000.00 less, than what it is to be worth. I found this out early this morning when i went to trade it for a car and they are the ones who told me about the damage reported in a Auto Check Report done on this date. Negligence, deceptive business practice of which others need to know about.
