Efuse to comply with request

On or about Nov 1st i decided to rent my condo out instead of selling it. I asked the realtor and her husband to take it off the market and take off lock box. As of this date the lock box has still not been removed after numerous requests. I also have requested they return all keys. Some to another property and they refuse. They have refused to let me out of the contract, saying it is binding until march 9th. I have told them i still want the box off since renters will not want a box on the door. These realtors work for "Christian realty"... Is this how "Christians" do business? Everytime i email the realtor she keeps emailing back that she will take it off but to this day still hasnt. Please help in this matter..
