Consumer Trader & Tenancy Tribunal
CTTT - typical public serice half wits

I am currently in the middle of a dispute with a client through the CTTT and i find them friggin stupid... I mean they are the epitomy of public service complacency & utter stupidity!

I am wondering if others have has similar exeriences with the consumer, trader & tenancy tribunal? If so they should be shared as this USELESS department is a complete & utter waste of tax payers money. They are so backwards they often do not rule on Law, even though they are set up to act like a court of law.

I have no idea what to expect, but i shudder! There was a consumer who was completely mislead by them where the poor woman believing the half wits at the Consumer Trader & Tenancy Tribunal knew what they were talking about actually got dragged into the supreme court (the case was over $200) and then lost, it end up costing her TENS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS all because of the total incompetence of the cttt staff and utterly idiotic tribunal members... It's true the case was: Fitness First v Chong [2008] NSWSC 800.
