These people operate a property management service. I signed their rental agreement and found that I did not have the normal protection under the tenancy tribunal. Even though he is a real estate agent he can avoid some normal obligations by making you sign this agreement. Exercise extreme caution when dealing with them.

I had a horrible time with these people. I had issues with my unit. I reported them but all my complaints where ignored.
