Aised int-rate from 3.99-16.49-because on that payment i was 1.44 -short-it was an honest mistake - i am always on time with all my payments and usually send more than they ask for-i tried to talk to their customer service and even a supervisor but no way-it would be different if i was deliberately late or did it on purpose but for 3 years even though having colon cancer have always been on time and always sent more than asked for-now my payments are over $110.00 a mo-i think they should save their penalties for people that don't pay or are deliberately late - i have always pd-sll my accts-on time-at this time i am having medical and job problems but i am still trying to pay everything on time-thankyou for any help you can give me
