Do not do business with GE Money!

1. GE Money deliberately causes check payment to not process on time in order to make improper charges for over due payments.

2. GE Money deliberately makes communications nearly impossible by using call centers in India to field calls to people living in the USA. The India staff has very low command of the English language s and they hide behind the statement they cannot see the account information on their system.

3. I have made a ll proper payments on time.in the past 6 months. They give payment confirmation and then call back saying payments were never made. T has occurred 2 times. The last time this occurred I had the problem corrected by a US based agent as he could see the problem.

Do not do business with ge money. They trap you into a high interest rate loan and then refuse to credit you payments so they can charge even more fees. This is a fraudulent business!
