Financed Car Will Not Pass Inspection

I purchased a vehicle from this car dealer and it will not pass inspecton. I took it to motor vehicle and it failed for catalytic converter. I took it to the Nissan dealer and they looked at it and tell me that the damage went on long enough for the car to need a new motor to the tune of $4000.

What can be done with these car dealers that rip off people. They say they do not know what they are getting when they get these cars from the auction. They know exactly what they are getting. Your money and no responsibility to fix what is wrong.

I agree with the other complaint. These people are very rude to the customer. Except for the one salesman named Brian, I thought he was very nice. I now know why, it was because he was swindling me. I am in the process of looking for a lawyer. I don't believe they should get away with this.
