Norton bank fraud

I apparently have Norton Anti Virus automatic subscrition renewal.

They tried to use a credit card number, that was on my account info page, and it has expired. I was notified that the credit card on file had expired, therefore, renewal could not be completed.

I do check my bank everyday for balance updates. On 11/10 an automatic deduction for 49.99 was made by Norton.

This was unauthorized. I do not know how they got my bank account number, since I never gave it to them.

Contacting them has lead to one giant run around.
