Ripoff just received letter stating that I haven't made any payments for 8mths and notice of forclose

Beginning in 2003 we filed chapter 13 bankruptcy. We have been making our payments some times late but always send in late payments. Now they are saying they have not received any payments for 8 months or late payments for 8 months. They are foreclosing on our home. None of the monthly morgage statements are ever the same and there are different charges and fees every month. We know We have been making payments.

Qe have been treated badly by this company since they bought our loan and they have forwclosed on our home two times now. We can't refinance because of them and their bad bookkeeping. We are a poor family with 3 babies to care for.

We have a attorney; he seems to be very good at what he does. We hope someone will put a stop to this company soon before they hurt other families. Not all of our bankruptcy payments show on our monthly mortgage statements.

Please someone help before we lose our home.
