It's a scam

I have also received the same letter in the mail today (11-14). I called the number and actually got to talk to a real human. The female that answered the phone did not mention the company name. I asked her how I became eligable for this and she told me it was something that I signed up for at a store or over the phone and my name was put into a database.
Upon further checking this out on the web I found the phone number of the bank listed on the cashiers check. I called that number and the person that answered told me that that bank has been out of business for over 10 years. I did some further searching and found that this bank is in South Korea. SO if you think it is too good to be true... They are wanting you to cash the check and than in 3 days send the money to an address they give you to pay for the taxes and they will send you your winnings via U.P.S.
