I signed up for $1.00, but my account is charged $11.95 a month. I cannot cancel. No number or e-mail and or address is avialble to cancel this bogus company. Please help with an address or number I can call. Ontario Canada

I cannot cancel my membership with Credit Report of America. The number they list 800-712-7224 does not allow for cancellation. Live c hat does not allow cancelling eitherr. I am to be changed with $11.99 a month fees if I cannot reach the company to cancel in 7 days. I have to close my bank checking account which to get rid oif this charge. Thius is a real hardship as it is linked to other account that automatically withdraw funds. It is illegal of them to not alloiw cancelling a membership. I hope to get an address oir legitimate phone number before cancelling my bank account. Can you advise please?
