Saturn of Stamford
Buyer beware!

Almost a year ago I purchased a new car from Staurn of Stamford. At that time, I was turning in my old lease. I was told by their salesman, Harry Silvestri, that Stamford Saturn would be buying out the old lease.

Well, after having Stamford Saturn screw up everything (they lost my plates as well as my grandmother's driver's license) I continued to get notices of payments due on my old lease.

Over and over again I was assured by everyone I spoke to at Stamford Saturn that they would take care of the situation. To this day, they haven't taken care of a thing.

The most recent situation is that the financing company that held my prior lease actually reposessed the old car right off of Stamford Saturn's lot!!! They then auctioned it off and are requesting that I pay the difference in the buy-out price of the lease and the price paid at auction.

Not only that, but this is now shown as a repo on my credit as well as my grandmother's!!!

I have tried repeatedly to solve this problem, but I am told by the manager at Saturn of Stamford that it is not their responsibility. What a joke that is! They're the ones that dropped the ball on this one and they're the ones that should be taking responsiblity for it.
