Still waiting for overcharged magazine. 140 days plus, rude people working there too!

You try and be a nice and trusting person ordering magazines from kids that come to your door giving you all the lines they can think of to sell these. I have been waiting for a childrens magazine for 141 days now. The fine print says it can take up to 160 days. I doubt I will receive it by then. If you call RLA rude rude. What happened to customer service? Then I was charged $50.00 for this magazine and you can order it online for $15.95. I am going to put up a no soliciting sign on my door today aand NEVER buy from this company or any other company unless it is Boy Scouts or Girl Scouts. They never rip you off.
