Failed to provide magazine subscriptions as ordered

June 15 a door to door salesman named Adam Duggan came to my house. He was a young man selling magazines to help pay for a trip he wanted to take. I paid $71.00 cash for a 24 issue subscription to Golf Digest. He even indicated that paying cash would expedite the order. I waited 120 days for the subscription to start and it never did.

I called the company and the "customer service" voicemail boxes were full. I tried to leave a message through the automated operator without success. After that I was unable to get through at all. This happened to several of my neighbors as well. It was a total scam. Beware!

This is a lesson learned and only the Girl Scouts or Boy Scouts will get my business from here on.
