Fraudelent Business Practices

I googled "Boon IA Hotels, got several choices, selected Baymont Hotel, completed the form and was ambushed by a $20.00 fee to Metro travel Guide. I canceled one reservation (Con#68792366, can #81350490). Then, I thought that I had successfully evaded this ridiculous fee, and gotten Baymont hotel directly, made another reservation, and got the fee again (con#68792477). I called the hoitel, and they were unaware that such a fee was being charged, and suggested that I cancel & rebook with them directly. I called Metro Travel Guide at their "customer service" number and was told by a VERY rude woman that I was stuck for not one, but two fees @ $20.00 each, and there was NOTHING that they would do, or that I could do about it.
