Nationwide Readers Service - NRS - IMA - PRS
Unfair pay, management skills terriable, training not enough

I am a ex - employee of Nationwide Readers Service (IMA) what ever name they are using this month. At first I was very honored to be hired at this company but I later changed my mind. The training was incomplete you have a verbal orientation for a couple of hours then they lead upstairs and show you where the other employees work, you then sit with a person who lets you listen to her calls for about a hour max and then you are given a cubicle and turned loose not really knowing what you are doing for a hour.

The management team lack personality skills, some dont even know how to use the computer system themselves when you need help. The pay is mis-leading upon employment, the breaks are the fastest 10 minutes I have seen in a lifetime. The leading supervisors are pushy and rude. The script is so mis - leading to the unsubspecting customers all lies and they say if you ask to be put on a NC list they dont call you thats true they wait, and let the second shift do that, you as a TSR dont have the proper information needed to reassure the customers when they ask questions.

How much does it cost? Can cancel anytime it is all a bunch bull... I couldnt wait to leave that company. The doors to company need to be closed for good and refund the customers their hard earned money. Everyone plays a part in this company you have the ones sell the magazine, then they get their CCard Information and bill you. Then when you find out you owe your life YOU CANT CANCEL without threats from the staff and they are rude and heartless to your problem. SHUT ALL DOWN!!! Unhappy ex-employee
