Rips you off by not leaving any VALID way to contact them in order to complain Norwalk

In the early part of I ordered a bunch of Disney princess stuff to use as goodie bag stuffers for birthday parties. One of the items I ordered was activity books. One of the three book covers they showed was a Disney Princess. I don't remember the other two, but they were acceptable to use for my purposes.

When the order came, they were miniature books with pretty obsolete and unknown characters. They were probably worth less than half of what I paid. The order did not come with a packing slip with a phone number or telephone number. The only information I got was the one they used through Google to contact me about my order and the P.O. Box that showed up on the box. I tried contacting them both ways to ask how I can return these items. They never responded.

When I protested the charge, they used a credit that they had issued initially for items that were out of stock to show that they "refunded" me for the items which they denied ever receiving to begin with. I was stuck with these useless books and with the charge.

On top of that, it's obviously an operation run out of a home since all the items were just thrown in the box and packed nicely.in addition, the labels were on the box were unprofessionally done and the box everything came in was a household box.

They list attractive items but provide ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
