Took my money and not delivered the product Perth

I ordered a wow build account from http://belrionaccounts.com/power_leveling/wow 2 months ago and guess what it cost me $320 australian, and i got nothing for it, aparently the only way to contact them is by "email" and when u do they never reply or they reply with the same email saying we forward this to the made4play team, then about a week ago i sent them another email abusing the crap out of them and i reived an email saying my account will be deliverd within the hour and guess what a week later still nothing, iv even asked for a refund sevral times and got the same reply saying we cannot refund u cause the order has been started. I need help they need to be stoped $320 is alot of money to waist on nothing
