Partial refund - then no answering of numerous emails

I placed a $1600 order for lighting equipment from DHGate.
All seemed to be progressing well.
Then I got an email saying that my order had been cancelled.
I sent an email asking why? - No reply
Next I recieved an email saying my refund was complete.
When I checked my bank account it was $98 less than I had paid them.
I sent another email asking for a full refund - No Reply
Lastly I sent them an email asking if I could get a $98 credit If I reordered the items - No reply.
I notice in usacomplaints.com there are a number of other people who have experienced the same treatment.
I just wish I had checked here prior to placing my order.
