Company is fraud, scam a ripoff... No product no refund... Looking for help

I have read several reports on this company and they all say the same thing. I purchased a camera from them off of ebay. I too looked at them and everything seemed pretty legit. I was wrong. I sent them a check in the amount of $707.98. This was June 5th.

I called to check shipment status and they said they didn't have the camera I ordered but I could upgrade to the new model. I said no and they said a refund would be issued within 72 hours.

It has been 5 months and still nothing. I have called and talked to them numerous times. Same thing. I am told either lie after lie or told to call back, they hang up on you, etc. I called two days ago and the guy said explicit and vulgar things and made sexual comments. This is more than a matter of money now. I felt degraded and belittled as he said these things while laughing.

I am hoping that the people who have already written a report or the ones that will be in the future will get in contact with me to try to get something done about this. I am not going to give up. That amount of money is alot to the average person in the times we are in and I don't want to be working my butt off for the money I earn so someone can just sit there and scam people and making money by stealing from the average hard working person.

I have tried many different organizations to get help on this and no one seems to care or want to do anything about it. So if there is anyone who would care to talk to me and try to get this person or individuals brought to justice and get what they deserve please contact me... My email address is...
