Digitalcorp lies over the phone and on their website and won't fulfill their return policy

After 30 days I still have not received my refund nor can I get an answer as to when. These people flat out lied multiple times. The following describes the situation. I received an RMA number before anything was sent back.

I am returning the Nikon D80 camera kit because it is not what I ordered. Before ordering I checked on your website (shopdigitalcorp.com) and confirmed on the policies page that "All products include the USA manufacturer's warranty".in addition to this written statement rather than simply ordering online, I called to place my order. Before I ordered anything I specifically asked the sales representative (Steve) if the camera and lens in this kit came with a USA manufacturer's warranty and he said, "Yes". But I received no warranty paperwork and when I went online to Nikon's site to register-the camera was flagged as a gray market product-thus making it ineligible for authorized Nikon factory repair. On Oct 30, I spoke to one of your customer care reps and he first said that it wasn't a gray product and that Nikon screwed up (a lie). He said he had received many similar calls about Nikon's error (another lie). He then recanted and said that you do sell USA warranty products but they are more expensive. Again "All products include the USA manufacturer's warranty" and I was told this over the phone by the salesperson directly regarding this kit.
