Ripped me off, sent them the money and they never sent the full order, then wouldn't give refund

I purchase a camera kit from this company on Ebay. They never sent the complete order. I contacted several times by phone, email, paypal, etc. And never returned any of my calls or emails for over a month. They then told me they sent the order, gave me a tracking number. When I checked the number found out it was a false number. I called them back, they gave me the run around, and ended up hanging up on me after putting me on hold for a long time.

Not until I contacted paypal did they make contact with me. All I was asking for was for them to return a portion of the money I paid, for the items they did not send me, and they still would not do that. They ended up ripping me off for close to $200.

They are lucky they are located in a state that is too far for me to drive to. I would have showed up at their location and physically got my money back, plus more just for the trouble I had to go through with them.

I'm still looking to getting my money back.
