Rip off again. Told me I was getting a credit which they did and then same day took it away.inTERNET

I was happy to receive an email from usbi that they agreed and would give me a credit which i would see on my next phone bill.

When i received my last phone i saw the credit and was happy except that on the next page there was a listing of a debit adjustment by usbi for the same amount. They gave and took away the $ due me. This a rip-off. They still owe me.
