Fraudulent third party billing by verizon for usbi/one call comm 16 minute call on 4/28/04 to uk 0442073350525 for 38.94. Verizon initially tried to hide behind their finger by saying only usbi can initiate credits. Later agreed to credit my account and charge back to usbi.

Verizon rep was interested in the many postings on your website for fraudulent calls to this number.
