First I took a 0% deal from Circuit City thru Chase. I never recieved the September bill. They called and I IMMEDIATELY paid over twice the payment asked. Next bill they back dated all finance charges and raised the interest rate to 20.49%. Is that even legal? Talking to Supervisor did absolutey no good. This company should be taken down legally. Where is the justice? Is there anything anyone can do?
