Charged for items i never recieved!

I ordered a costume off of this website that i never recieved. They still charged my credit card. Everytime i call the number no one answers and the voicemail is always full. She never emails you back. She finally emailed me back after a bunch of emails and said my item was unavailable even though on the website it said in stock.
She said she would give me in store credit! Why would i want in store credit when she never sends anything out. That and all the other reports says she claims to give you credit and never does. Weird. I went online to the better business bureau website and there's a bunch of info on how much of a fraud she is.
There is also info to report her to the state of missourri because she's already been sued. Hope no one else falls for this... Her website needs to be shut down!
