ARC Associates Group LLC Credit Card Fraud, Web Scam

I ordered items in october the website stated it would take 3 to 7 days to be received by ups. It is now january i have yet to receive any items that i ordered. My credit card was charged just 2 days after i ordered the item. I have attempted to make more than 20 phone calls regaurding my order and their is a robot voice that says enter the passcode at the end of every call.

The website shown to contact someone regaurding your order is also fake. I have emailed the website a number of times trying to get answers and you will get no response. This website is a scam and whoever is behind it is stealing money from unknown users.

So never put your credit card info in this website unless you want to be stolen from.
