I ordered 4 sets of bras from Newspaper ad. - never received and check cashed

I mailed an order form for 4 sets of bras in the amount of 39.92 plus shipping and handling of $3.95. The order was sent on September 25.
The check was cleared through my bank account in early October.
I have never received the order. When checking there was no phone # on the ad. I then went to internet as there was an address for that. I got the sad news about others being ripped of by others, therefore usacomplaints.com filed.
